How do I update the song list on my karaoke machine?
You can update your song library by purchasing the latest song volume discs or by downloading digital updates via our official app and transferring them via USB.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.
Are your products compatible with smart home audio systems?
Most of our systems feature standard RCA and HDMI outputs, making them compatible with most home theater setups, soundbars, and smart audio receivers.
